Every application receives scores and comments from five Core Judges. Scores are normalized to ensure a Level Playing Field for everyone. Top-scoring Finalists will be asked to submit a video that the Champion Committee may use to help determine the Grand Prize and other Winners.
The Core Judges score and comment on each completed application assigned to them. Each organization that submits an application will receive five sets of reviews that have been normalized. Based on the rank order of the applications, the top scoring teams will advance to the Champion Committee.
Our expert panel of IIC Champions will select Grand Prize Winners from among the Finalists.
